General Policy
- Organizer Responsibility: Refunds are exclusively subject to the event organizer's policy.
- BilletU's Role: BilletU does not decide on refunds. We act solely on explicit written instruction from the organizer.
- Service Fees: According to our terms, BilletU service fees are generally non-refundable, unless the event cancellation is attributable to the platform or specific force majeure, per organizer guidelines.
